HOW TO PLAY & GAME RULES

Move pieces strategically to checkmate your opponent's king. Each piece moves differently: • King — moves 1 square in any direction • Queen — moves any number of squares in any direction • Rook — moves straight up, down, left, or right • Bishop — moves diagonally • Knight — moves in an L-shape (2 squares then 1) • Pawn — moves forward 1 square (or 2 on its first move), captures diagonally
